Employees want to feel valued. Share some information with them that you’d usually share with your investors. This, in turn, makes them see how open you are. They will feel trusted with such valuable information. As such, they feel that they are contributing towards the attainment of the company’s goals. 2. BE COURTEOUS
The fact that you are the overall overseer in the organization does not mean that you only talk to the employees when you need them. A salary increment, promotion, and a holiday getaway make your employees feel that you care for them. Rewarding their efforts helps them even want to do better. 5. ROOM FOR INNOVATION
Among the employees in corporations nowadays are millennials. They are tech-savvy and appreciate a company that has room for innovation. Give your employees the chance to be creative and actualize their ideas. Leave them to identify the loopholes in the company and provide workable solutions to help increase the ROI. Contented employees will have no reason to leave the company as they feel appreciated and comfortable.

Find ways to also kill boredom in the office by having breaks in between work for people to mingle and talk. Also, avoid micromanaging them; employees hate that.
