Relays and Control Modules 

In details, this technology is an electromagnetic switch usually operated by quite small electric current capable of turning on & off the larger electric current. It consists of the electromagnet constructed of a coil of usually copper wire. Such magnet temporarily becomes the magnet once the electricity flows through it. This is something like electric lever working of little current but switching different appliances using much bigger current. In relays the electricity flows through the device, The device can be controlled with low voltages, frequently 5V. Relay modules have one, two, four, and eight channels. On the modules, there are pins for both high voltage and low voltage. On the high-voltage side of each channel there are three sockets; common (COM), normally closed (NC), and normally opened (NO).
